Wellness Day

Up to three sessions in one day, one setup. Reaches 60-75 people without putting all of them in the same room, and without three separate bookings.

WHAT WORKING WITH US INVOLVES

Short version: a quiet room and somewhere for people to sit or lie down. Everything else, insurance and paperwork included, is ours.

YOU PROVIDE

A quiet room with ground-floor or elevator access, booked for 60 minutes on either side of the session. Seating for everyone: chairs are fine, or mats and blankets if your team would rather lie down.

SPACE

Roughly 30 square feet per person lying down. Chairs work equally well if floor space is tight.

WE BRING

Instruments. Twelve Crystal Tones singing bowls, handpan, Rav Drum, classical guitar and Koshi chimes, all transported and carried in by us

SETUP

We arrive 45 minutes early and are packed out within 30 minutes of finishing. No technical setup. Everything is acoustic. No power, no AV, no sound system, nothing to plug in.

TRAVEL

Travel is included within 60 miles of Gainesville. Beyond that, a $2,000 minimum engagement applies.

INSURED

General and professional liability, $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate. Certificates of insurance and additional insured endorsements on request, usually same day.

CONTRACT

A written service agreement comes with every proposal: scope, fees, cancellation, confidentiality and liability.

PROPOSALS

A written proposal within one business day. Format, timing, what we need from your space, and a flat price.

PAYMENT

50% deposit holds the date. Balance due 15 days after the session.

Arrival

People settle in comfortably while we introduce the session and give simple guidance for anyone doing this for the first time.

Immersion

A live acoustic journey unfolds through twelve Crystal Tones bowls, handpan, Rav Drum, classical guitar and Koshi chimes. Nothing is recorded and nothing follows a set list.

Return

The sound gradually softens, allowing participants time to transition back before returning to the rest of their day.

About Dream Lotus

Six years in finance. Twenty running my own business. Ten playing sound.

I spent six years in brokerage and financial services, then twenty years running my own business. I know what a Tuesday afternoon looks like when everyone has been switched on since seven, and what a quarter feels like when it isn't going well.

I left that pace once, not by choice, and spent the years afterward learning how people actually recover. I trained as an Acutonics practitioner, studied bodywork and qi gong at the Esalen Institute, and graduated from the Florida School of Massage in massage and reflexology. Along the way I found that sound did more for me than anything else, and I have spent more than a decade since playing it for other people: in yoga studios, on retreats, and in rooms full of people who had never done anything like it before.

Dream Lotus is where those two halves meet. I bring twelve Crystal Tones alchemical singing bowls, handpan, Rav Drum, classical guitar and Koshi chimes. Nothing is recorded and nothing follows a set list. I watch the room and play to it. A team of engineers at 3pm on a Tuesday needs something different from a leadership group at the end of a two-day retreat.
